Shopping carts

We can put a man on the moon, but in the past 5 years, I think I have used only one shopping cart at the grocery store that was easy to push.

I have discovered the perfect model of trolley, and sadly I've only been to one place in the world that has them, which is Hong Kong Airport. What you need is two non-rotating back wheels and a single, freely-rotating front wheel. That way, you avoid problems with fishtailing when your back wheels are wonky, and problems with juddering if you have unbalanced front wheels. I don't know why supermarkets haven't cottoned on to this design yet.

You can see I've made something of an in-depth study here.
